The 1st Hainan International Chess Open Tournament
PARTICIPATION AND ENTRY FEE
1) Players from all FIDE member federations can register in the open and amateur category in the tournament.
2) Players rated above 1900 published in July 2016 can register in open category. No gender and age limits in open category.
Players rated below 1899 published in July 2016 or without rating can register in the men and women group in amateur category.
3) Entry Fee
Rated WGM above 2300 and GM above 2500: no entry fee
Other players: 50$
4) Dealine for entry is 10th November 2016. Participants shall give the organizer the entry form (attached) together with the scanned passport copies to the organizer.
Organizer has the right to accept or decline the late entry.
5) Date:
Open category: 6th (Arrival) to 17th (Departure) December 2016
Amateur category: 6th (Arrival) to 12th (Departure) December 2016
6) Place: Danzhou, Hainan, China
