This is great but how come the Denker doesn’t have as many prizes?

Because the Denker people don’t want it?

Wow what great prizes, especially the scholarships. I am right now paying tuition for my daughter and it can bankrupt a person today. College education is so necessary and so incredibly expensive to pay for.

Too bad the people controlling the Denker want to play politics and not allow the boys to get those great prizes. That is the way the old politics work. All the money for the organizers and nothing for the players.

Of course Susan found the sponsors for the girls and also had them offer the prizes to the boys. But, you know, the ego gets in the way. The boys did not want to accept prizes because Susan found them. So the boys suffer for the ego of the people in control.

All this has to stop. We must have people who support the kids and the players.

So the boys miss out on scholarships for 2nd and 3rd place finishers
the top player get a $400 chess set for winning or a $200 chess set for coming in 2 to 25 place.

The boys do not get these prizes because the adults are acting like children.
