      Event Schedule

      Saturday, April 5th: Round 1 at 10AM, Round 2 at 5PM.
      Sunday, April 6th: Round 3 (Final Round) at 9 AM.

      Awards Ceremony: TBD, usually about 15-30 minutes after the last game finishes on Sunday (Round 3, which usually finishes between 1 and 2 PM).

      The Time Control for each Round is 90-minutes, with a 30-second Time Increment … for each player. Therefore, one game could (in theory) last more than 4 hours.

      Spectator Info

      Spectators are WELCOME!

      NO CELL PHONES or any electronic communication device are ALLOWED in the playing room.

      FOOD, WATER AND COFFEE provided at the tournament site is for the PLAYERS ONLY.

      You will be required to comply with the dressed code by the NY Athletic Club (nyac.org).

      Unless permission is granted by the Tournament Director (Mike Hoffpauir), Video and Photography are not permitted after the first 10 minutes of each round.

      Since the official website is still not available, I am doing my best to collect the info for all teams, media, and fans.
