Would you pay $2,110,100 for luch? That is what Zhao Danyang of the Hong Kong-based Pureheart China Growth Investment Fund did. He won the eBay bid to have lunch with Mr. Warren Buffet. Warren Buffet is a genius. The USCF should learn from him.

That guy from Hong Kong can have lunch with me for just $1 Million.

        What a deal!

Hmmm. I think he is paying for the company- rather than the lunch- very misleading title!

(Warren Buffet is known as a great investor (like investor world champion if you like) and is up there with Bill Gates in the rich league)

But someone who can afford to pay 2 million dollars to meet Buffet can’t be doing too badly himself!

If they paid $2.1 million for lunch with Buffet, just think what they’d pay for one with a 3-time world champion? Any takers?

        I would!

Unfortunately I do not have 2 Million! 🙁

Lets get these guys to sponsor some chess tournaments. The Warren Buffet World Open in Lubbock Texas.

Warren could donate a lunch each year and the $2,000,000 can go to the prize fund. I bet they would show up from all over thw world.

Imagine if the Open Section had a million dollar first prize. wow. Now that is the chess I have dreamed about all my life.
