      The Magistral Ciudad de Buenos Aires will take place between 28th May and 3rd June and will feature the stellar presence of the elite player Alexei Shirov, who was once rated 4th in the world rankings.

      With the best players of Argentine and Uruguayan champion Andres Rodriguez the tournament has average elo of 2558, reaching Category 13 according to FIDE.

      Playing venue: Head of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, Casa de la Cultura, Avenida de Mayo 575, City of Buenos Aires.
