So one of the easier ones:

Be5 threatens Rh8#, so the best Black can do Rh8 to get a Rook for his Queen.
Of course, Be5!!
1) Be5 threatening mate on h8 and the Black Queen is gone. – Montu, Assam

(1. .., Kg7 2. Be5+, Rf6 is equivalent)
2. Be5+ and the Queen is lost
