      Unbelievable!

      General News, Weird News

72 days ago, Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries had a $10 million wedding. 72 days later, she filed for a divorce. This is equivalent to $138,888 for each day it lasted. Is this a joke?

In the mean time, the unemployment rate in America is over 9% and the unemployment / under-employment rate is nearly 20%.

Perhaps the “Occupy Wall Street” and everywhere else folks are camping out at the wrong place? This reality stuff has gone too far while our kids are failing left and right. Unbelievable! How about donating that $10 million to help educate our kids to do better in school and in life through chess?

      What is your take?

At least much of that $10 million went to people who needed it more than they did.

That was the best $10 million spent this year. And the best part, since she dumped him so quickly, is that she can get another wedding lined up for next season. I can’t wait to watch it, although I am sure the emotional impact of seeing true romance will probably cause me to cry, it is worth it to have a chance to dream about what my dreary life could be like. All I have to do is bang a rapper and leak the video, and maybe it can happen to me.

At least that was a rich person putting 10 million dollars into the economy. It’s the ones just sitting on piles of cash that aren’t helping restart the economy.

Hey other anonymous. Do you really think the wedding planners, designers, jewelers, and caterers to Kim Kardashian need the money?

I’m with you, Susan. Imagine the headlines if this had been a CEO’s wedding instead of an entertainer’s.

wrong debate anyway. Aim Monsanto, Starbuck, McDonald, Microsoft, all the megacorporations.

10 million $ is just the compound interest. At least, Kardashian is funny and can’t damage the globalized earth at the scale of megacorporations.

But of course they don’t, really!

I read that they actually made $17,900,000 and didn’t have to pay any of the cost of the wedding. Looking at it that way, it was a profit of $248,611 per day!

I can honestly say I don’t know who this woman is or why she’s the topic of discussion.

Reading some of the comments, I am proud of that fact.
