      FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Luang Prabang, Laos

      FIDE Arbiters, Laos


      A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from12 to 16 February 2015 in Luang Prabang, Laos, by the National Chess Federation of Laos, in cooperation with the Asian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

      The Lecturer will be IA Mehrdad Pahlevanzadeh (IRI), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be John Vilavane, General Secretary of National Chess Federation of Laos.

      The venue of the Seminar will be the Pong Kham, Department of Education & Sport of Luang Prabang Laos.

      The language of the Seminar will be English, with translation to Lao and Thai language.

      The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
