He just arrived to Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, earlier today from Tel Aviv, Israel. It’s a 24 hour journey but he made it safe and sound. He will begin his study at TTU shortly starting the fall semester.

Yeah Tolik welcome to the United States, i hear yall have many chess leagues over there! i spoke with the top backgammon trickster about gelfands chess, is it improving or not! I guess i have my answer by todays game! hehe. Wish you well of course! and dont cut class playin blitz all night!, i played some young guy on WCL and he wouldnt go to bed and get his rest! so i kept tellin him go get some rest, go to bed, etc. hehe.
