        Topalov should take a long vacation and try to play as few games as possible, until his ELO gets challenged by someone.

        where is Kamsky on the list? He is still 2710+ so why was he left off?

        Kamsky’s “live” rating right now is below 2700. That is why his name was left out.

        Nakamura is probably higher than on the list since his win at the World Open will probably be FIDE rated.
