..Bxf2, is the only apparent choice in this position, even with White’s risk of a discovered check. Black’s pawn jamming on White’s King are too strong.

Bf2 suggests itself to clear the way for the pawn phalanx:
1. ….Bf2
2. Kf2 e3
3. K anywhere and it seems to be over.
And if white declines to take the bishop, Bg3 just makes things worse for white. After Bf2, I think white’s best move is c5, but after that, I still don’t see a defense for white.
1…Bxf2! crushes White.
2. Kxf2 e3+, followed by …e2 is immediately winning.
2. Rxd2 Bc5, followed by …e3 also is crushing.

Bxf2.. not sure if thats world class..seems like gelfand should have resigned by this time. he’s probaly one of those stubborn players..
