India’s biggest sports TV channel with President’s cup chess program

India’s biggest sports TV channel, Doordashan TV, will have 4 exclusive telecast highlights from this year’s edition of the President’s Cup. The program is focusing on the World’s team victory led by GM Vishy Anand, as well as the Chess Oscar won by the World Champion.
There will be also exclusive interviews with the FIDE President Kirsan Ilymzhinov and the well known Spanish chess commentator Leontxo Garcia.
The TV show is directed by Chessdom‘s frequent contributor and very good friend, Vijay Kumar, who is former Chief Producer of DD News and Sports channel.
