GM Fernando Peralta wins rapid tournament in Olot

The 16th Obert d’Escacs Ciutat d’Olot was held on 26th July at the Casino Olotí in Olot, Spain.

The 9-round Swiss event with the time control 15′+5” was organized by the Club d’Escacs Olot and gathered 90 participants.

Grandmaster Fernando Peralta from Argentina emerged clear winner with 8,0/9 points to claim the top prize of 400 EUR
