1. Participants & Registration:
1.1. Open to all Fide-rated players with a standard rating of 1500 and above (as of 1st March 2016) – Online ratings & titles are not accepted
1.2. Last day of registration & payment is 10th March 2016
1.3. Registration is only accepted online via the following link www.dubaichess.ae/do16-form/
1.4. All participating players accept to fully comply with the regulations of the tournament and the organizer
1.5. All participating players and accompany persons accept to fully comply with the rules and regulations of the United Arab Emirates
2. Number of Rounds & Time Control:
2.1. 9 Rounds Swiss System
2.2. Time Control: 90 minutes + 30 seconds increment per move for the whole game.
