      REGULATION

      1. ORGANIZERS

      – Georgian Chess Federation
      – Fund of Chess Development
      www.gcf.org.ge (under construction at the moment)

      Director Tournament: Vice President Zurab Mikadze

      Chief Arbiter:
      International Arbiter Evgeni (Tuga) Melikset-Begi (GEO)

      2. PARTICIPATION

      The Tournament is open for all woman players. Each player must herself cover all her expenses: entry fee, ransportation, accommodation and board.

      3. SYSTEM, RATE OF PLAY

      FIDE Rules, Swiss in 9 rounds.
      90 min for all moves, increment 30 sec.

      Will be used Varlam Vepkvishvili’s Swiss Pairing Program “VARLAM”.
