Very tricky one.
1.Rf3/Ke2 Ka2 is a draw.
1. a4? Rxf1+
2.Ke2 Rf4
3. a5 Ra4 = (3.Ra3 Kb2=)
But there is a trick:
1. a3! Rxf1+ (otherwise 2.Ke2)
2.Ke2 Rf4 (2. .. Rh1, 3.Rd1+)
3.Rb3+ Ka2
4.Rb4 and black must allow the trade of rooks and the ending is won.
