Stockfish on 7/7 in the FRC format of TCEC – Season 6

      Fischer Random, Stockfish

The reigning TCEC Grand champion Stockfish 260614 is unstoppable in the FRC format of TCEC – Season 6. The engine has perfect 7/7 score, beating all the rivals so far.

Stockfish proved to be the best in classical time controls and it is on its way to do the same in the Fischer Random Chess competition.

Houdini 4 continues to be on second position with 5,5 points, while Critter 1.6a and Fire 3.1 are full two points behind, sharing the third place.

The interesting question here is, “How long will Stockfish’s domination extend and who will be the first to take a draw or more?”

Follow the event live, 24 hours a day on the TCEC official website!

      Standings after 7 rounds:

      1 Stockfish 260614 (3168) 7.0
      2 Houdini 4 (3145) 5.5
      3 Critter 1.6a (3030) 3.5
      4 Fire 3.1 (3067) 3.5
      5 Shredder 12 (2889) 3.0
