        The girl between Sofia and Judit I think is Ildiko Nadl. Wasn’t her fiancee killed in a car accident just before this tournament? (I hope I’m wrong!)

        Goichberg was the one who killed the US Women’s Dream Team. He cancelled the program even though it was run by private funding and sponsorship. Way to go Bill!

        Yes it didn’t happen by chance that Mádl Ildikó wasn’t smiling. Béla Perényi was a very good master of chess in Hungary.

        Madl [2387] is IM and WGM and is in Hungary’s top-100 players. She was active in recent months, in FIDE rated events according to her FIDE rating info.
