Watch out for this cutie pie if you have to face her in a chess tournament. That’s Madeline Bender. Her rating jumped over 200 points in the last 12 months and she tied for 7th in the 4th grade section at the National K-12 Championship. She helped her team (Horace Mann) captured the national team championship in Houston!
