        I see diagram fine but I can’t find the solution 🙁

        No, there is no picture and I can’t believe that you can see it, ano!?

        Using the FEN and a board helps… and the solution isn’t very hard to find.
        It’s using zugzwang, of course, and the first move looks surprising but is not hard to find.

        I won’t spoil the fun by posting the whole solution, so just some hints.

        Motif is zugzwang.
        1.c5. Black knight cannot move due to knight checkmate at b7. Black h-pawn cannot move due to making of a passed pawn.

        1..bc, 2. Nc4#
        So the only move is 1..b5. Then comes 2. a3.
        Again black knight and h-pawn cannot move due to the same threats.
        Now if 2..b4, 3.ab#
