        It’ll be a draw 🙂

Magnus squeezed out a win over his dad Henrik. But not before Henrik gave Magnus a few nasty checks Rxg3+ and Bd5+ getting the rook. But after a long think Magnus played 37 Rc1 and Henrik was in trouble and resigned.

It was a valiant game won by the youngster. ICC fans enjoyed the entire game.

Apparently Magnus is rated over 600 points above his dad so the result could be expected.

Magnus might have won this game….but once he gets home, his weekly housechores list will be increased twofold!! His father will then say: ‘Who are you going to checkmate now!!’
