I really quite fancy the brunette in Video #1 (I haven’t watched the other vids yet). I am sure she’s aware of how attractive she is to red-blooded, heterosexual males like myself.

        Swedish girls are cuties.

Amen to the above! Also what’s that funny game the people in the video were playing?

The older brunette in black with the string of pearls? That’s advertising for the Christian Democrat political party. Usually parties with a name like that are “conservative”. Her name is Anna, and she’s a candidate. So if you chat to her, don’t forget “family values”.

The big revelation for me was that chess (Schack) is pronounced h-whack! in Swedish.

Mostly professional production values, but there isn’t much actual chess in the programs. The episode I watched had the replay of one game (without commentary), Malmgren-Levin. Otherwise, it was unintelligible to this non-Swedish-speaking viewer!

Cool, thanks! I love when you post these chess shows from other countries. Holds me over until the media realizes that a chess channel would be the greatest idea since sliced bread. 🙂

“Mitt i schack” (In the middle of the chess) is an amateur tv-programme produced by three sisters: Susan, Sof… oops… sorry… Adriana (19), Antonia (17) and Amelia (15) Krzymowska. It goes once a weak on Stockholm’s Open Chanell. Unfortunately it can’t be watched in the rest of the country. This is the first time I see it. (Thanks Susan!)

Check this film out, I think it’s made by the same sisters…
