Well, looks simple because of the akward position of the black Q. She is almost trapped. So if you offer your R for the B, and take on g4 next, you win the Q and probably the game. 😉

2. Bxg4 1-0

1.Rxe6 and Black’s Q is trapped after 1…fxe6 2.Bxg5 or if Black tries to retreat with 1…Qh5 2.Rh6

3. Rxd7+ and white has a crushing advantage.
