        An amazing feat, and a huge humiliation to the current feminine top players, how embarrasing that an unseeded player grabs a Grand Slam title. Congrats Kim!

        New rankings see Caroline Wozniachi climb to #6 in the world and Kim Clijsters goes from unranked to #19.
        Can’t understand How Dinara Safina is still #1

        Not at all. It’s exciting when the unexpected happens in sports. But also, Clijsters is a former world #1, so it’s not like we should be surprised by her talent.
