        1. Rg4+ fxg4 ( … Kh5 2. Rh4+ Kg5 3. f4#) 2. f4+ Kh5 ( … Kg5 3. Bd3#) 3. Kf1 g5 4. Bf7+ Rg6 5. f5 a2 6. fxg6 a1Q 7. f7+ Kh6 8 f8N#

        6. … hxg6 7. Bxa2 Kh6 8. Ke7 Kg7 9. Bf7 Kh6 10. Kf6 and the pawns will fall one by one.

          that should be 3. Kf8, not Kf1

The last two moves on the first set should read:
            7. g7+ (not f7+) … Kh6
            8. g8N# (not f7N#)

        After 1.Rg4+ fxg4 2.f4+ Kh5 I tried 3.Bf7 but it doesn’t work b4 4.Bxb4 g5 5.Bf7+ Rg6 6.f5 Kh6 7.fxg6 a2 8.Bxa2 Kxg6 9.Bb1+ Kg7 10.Bf5 h5 and Black can force the exchange of White’s last pawn.
        With Karthik’s move 3.Kf8 g5 4.Bf7+ Rg6 5.f5 Kh6 6.fxg6 hxg6 7.Bg8 Kh5 8.Ke7 Kh6 9.Kf6 Kh5 10.Be6 Kh6 11.Bf7 Kh5 12.Bxg6+ Kh6 13.Bf7 Kh7 14.Kxg5 and wins.

I didn’t read the last bit of Karthik’s comment “6. … hxg6 7. Bxa2 Kh6 8. Ke7 Kg7 9. Bf7 Kh6 10. Kf6 and the pawns will fall one by one.” but 9. Bf7 Kh7 was correct and White still has to lose a move in order to capture the g6 pawn with check to return to the a2g8 diagonal in time to stop the a pawn.

What am I talking about, the a pawn has already gone in that line.

          3.Kf8 g5 4.Bf7+ Rg6 5.f5 Kh6 6.fxg6 hxg6 7. Kg1 a2 (.. Kh5 8. Kg7 a1Q 9. Bxg6#) 8. Bxa2 Kh5 9. Kf7 Kh6 10. Kf6 Kh5(or Kh7) 11. Bf7 and the pawns fall. This has the advantage of forcing the loss of the a pawn earlier so we don’t have to worry about it.

Thanks Karthik, I wasn’t updating the potential moves of pieces in their new positions as they moved properly maybe because I was being a bit impatient and trying to calculate too fast.
