Qh4 threatens to win white’s knight, and at least picks up the h pawn, but white has Qb8+, winning the a pawn. So first get the a pawn out of danger with a5. Then, e.g., Qb1 Qh4 Qe1 Qh5 and the h pawn falls.
a5 idea Qh4 ,Qf2 or Nh2.
a5 Qc5 Qh4 Qg1 Nf6 illustrates the problems white has with his terrible pawn structure and exposed king.
