      JAPFA Women’s Grandmaster Tournament in Indonesia

      Chess tournament, Indonesia, Jakarta, Women's Chess

      The JAPFA Women’s Grandmaster Tournament is taking place on 14th-19th April at the 5th floor of the Century Athlete Hotel in Jakarta, Indonesia.

      It is a double round robin event with 6 strong female participants.

      The field is led by French IM Sophie Milliet, who is a usual visitor of the events organized in Indonesia. Romanian WGM Alina L’Ami is the second seed.

      The local hopes are WIM Aulia Medina Warda and WIM Monica Sihite Chelsie, who will try to get a good result in their own soil.
