      Croatia, Jovanovic, Pula Open


      The 28th International Open Tournament Pula 2014 took place on 7-14th June at the Hotel Park Plaza Histria in Pula, Croatia.

      The 9-round Swiss event was organized by the Chess Club Pula and Croatian Chess Federation. The total prize fund was 8750 EUR.

      GM Zoran Jovanovic won the tournament with 7,5/9 points, after defeating GM Tamas Fodor in the last round to overtake him in the standings.
