First Photos of a North American Chess Center

Here are some photos of the chess center. Bare bones now with no fresh paint job or carpeting on the floor. These will be addressed in the coming weeks along with filling the walls with art work, the space with furniture, and of course the center with chess ’stuff’!

The chess center will also have a chess store with books and equipment available. We will be carrying the entire line of DGT equipment include their electronic chess boards and the new DGT Cube. The DGT clocks will be the ONLY clocks we resell. I personally recommend to anyone the DGT North American clocks which are the official clocks of the North American Chess Association.

We will be carrying the entire line of publications from Russell Enterprises Publications, which includes great books like the Dvoretsky Endgame manual and the entertaining read of Bullet Chess by US Grandmaster Hikaru Nakamura. Additionally we will be carrying books published by those individuals or groups that have supported the North American Chess Association such as IM John Donaldson, IM Dean Ippolito, Andy Hortillosa, GM Eugene Perelshteyn, GM Susan Polgar, GM Yury Shulman, and IM David Vigorito. As we find publications written by those that have supported us, we will add their books to our sales inventory.
