So while India was struggling to win a chess medal in the Asian Games, Humpy was busy playing old men? What dedication to country!

That’s why China dominated both men’s and women’s divisions. They sent their strongest players and nobody is allowed to say no.

Humpy made a public statement in the Indian media stating that she wanted to go to the Asian Games but the All India Chess Federation did not ask her to. Google it. There is a long-standing dispute the AICF holds a grudge against Humpy.
