Rb8/Rb5/Kb2/Ka3/Ka4/b4 wins the c5 pawn and the game.

you seem to be playing the game for one side only, i daresay black will not do nothing, if anything, it is against the rules.
besides, winning the c pawn by a b4 – that is, exchanging it – does not necessarily mean the ending is “won”.
umesh is right, the black rook is stuck on 5th row protecting the pawn, the white king is stuck on A file behind the black rook. after b4, the pawn may not be exchanged, because the black rook will be taken, so the pawn is effectively lost

After Rb8 and Rb5, the BR should remain on the 5th rank defending the pawn on c5, otherwise the WR will capture it. After driving the BK to a6 with the rook, the WK goes to a4, avoiding all checks. Now, the BR should be on the fifth rank. (If it moves from there, Rxc5 follows) Now, W plays b4 and Black cannot take the pawn because then the WR takes the BR.
That is why we need to get the WK free from checks; otherwise, the BR will check the K and then take the b4-pawn.
Am I missing something?
Maybe 1.Rd6 so BK can not defend the BP, then head the King to a3 and Rd5 or Rc6, depending on the position of BR.
1.Rd6 looks tempting but after Rh3+ Kb2 Rb3+ Kb3 is a stalemate. I also agree with Umesh: Rb8/b5 with idea of b3-b4
Umesh is right I think.I am pretty sure that I have had this position
(ok the same position in all it’s principle,and reversing colours).There is no defence because the K+P ending is a simple win if Black takes the Rook.
