      Due to the extreme weather in St Louis (and the Midwest which caused cancellation of thousands of flights in the past week), Wesley So’s flight from St Louis to Chicago was late. Therefore, he missed his connection from Chicago to London – Amsterdam. He is now in the air and on his way but will only arrive to Wijk aan Zee right before the 1st round (if there is no further delay / cancellation in London).

        Nakamura will place around 4th to 8th somewhere in the middle of the pack. He will be exposed as an overrated player in this tournament.
