      The young ladies leading against the experience in Czech Coal
      Jana Jackova takes down Karpov and Olafsson

      After 3 rounds of the Czech Coal tournament, the team of the “Snowdrops” ladies has taken 7,0 – 5,0 advantage against the “Old-hands” experience. First round started promising for the ladies with a convincing 3-1 and a surprising victory of IM Jana Jackova against GM Karpov in only 22 moves.

      The experienced team turned around the match with a 3,5-0,5 in the next round with victories by GM Hort, GM Uhlmann, and GM Karpov. However, the ladies proved one more time they are in control taking round 3 with the same result.

      Jacková – Karpov 1:0
      Cmilyte – Uhlmann 1:0
