The National Chess Federation of the Philippines Under its President Prospero Pichay is one of the few Asian Federations support Kasparov bid for Fide Presidency. Rumors has it that NCFP President Pichay AGREED to support Kasparov for Fide President and will use the Philippines federation vote to vote for Kasparov IN EXCHANGE for Kasparov support to NCFP President Pichay who will be also running under Kasparov party for Fide Asia President against the current Fide Asia President. Kasparov made a DEAL with a KNOWN CORRUPT persona in NCFP Pichay. Advise to Kasparov be careful in dealing with Pichay he is WORST than demon or satan. With NCFP Pichay under Kasparov party you can see who Kasparov associate thats why he will lose. Poor Kasparov he should ditch Pichay he is no good to your Fide Presidency bid.

Kasparov for Fide President, NCFP President Prospero Pichay for Fide Asia President. Kasparov made DEAL with a devil in Pichay. Taking Pichay under Kasparov Party is a BAD MOVE for Kasparov as Pichay is known to be a CORRUPT POLITICIAN in the Philippines and knows nothing about chess except to sipphoned its fund. SHAME on Kasparov for taking Pichay in.

Kasparov’s chances of winning the FIDE Presidency became nil after taking-in Pichay in its ticket! Without Pichay, at least he has about 1% chance of making it! LOL!
