      11th Delhi International Chess Festival

      The 11th Delhi International Chess Festival is set to take place on 5-13th January at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium near ITO in New Delhi, India.

      The Festival will include three tournaments for the record prize fund of $37000.

      Category A will be 11-rounds Swiss event for the players rated 2200 FIDE and above. Address for sending the entries is the Secretary, Capablanca Chess Club, C/O Hotel KC PLAZA, 5588, Basant Lane, Pharganj, New Delhi-110055.

      Category B is reserved for the players rated U2200. Number of rounds will be decided in the players meeting according to number of participants. Maximum number of rounds will be 11.

      Category C is reserved for the players rated U1900. Maximum number of rounds will be 10 and minimum 9.

      AICF registration fee for 2012-13 is compulsory for all Indian participants. The registration fee of Rs. 250/- will be accepted at the venue for the convenience of the players.
