      The opening ceremony will take place at 9 AM sharp on August 6. The closing ceremony will take place at approximately at 5 PM on August 11. The rounds will be at 11 AM each day.

        You should let women as well as girls play. Some of us started chess as adults and like women only tournaments like those you run (even if there arent prizes it would be fun).

        This is an invitational. The players have to qualify to represent their states.

        We have 2 open events for girls / women only. Starting in 2007, the open section for the SP National Open and SP World Open Championship for girls will be open for female of all ages.

        There are so many states still without a representative. I hope that the state directors will be notified about this.
