      29th ChessOrg Festival in Bad Wörishofen

      Chess tournament, Germany

      The 29th ChessOrg Festival is taking place on March 1st-9th at Bad Wörishofen, Germany.

      The main tournament will be held over 9 rounds of Swiss system with a time control of 2 hours for the first 40 moves and 1 hour for the rest of the game.

      The prizes for the first places will be distributed as follows: 1st – 1.000 Euros; 2nd – 800 Euros; 3rd – 700 Euros, etc.

      The 2012 festival attracted more than 300 players, grandmasters and amateurs, young and old, in the grand Kurhaus of the city of Bad Wörishofen.

      Russian GM Vladimir Epishin is the first seed.
