Re8 is probably a nice move?

1.Qxf7+! (Is so simple move, but it took more than 2 minutes to fix on it. Initially I considered it but I went in different direction, thinking it would not work.., 1.Re8? and I couldn’t find through solution)
        Continuing…
        1…Rxf7 (If 1…Kh8 2.Qxf8#)
        2.Re8+ (Now this is correct)
        2…Rf8 (What else…)
        3.Rxf8#

A common motif- the black rook at f8 is overloaded with responsibility.

        1. Qf7! Rf7
        2. Re8 Rf8
        3. Rf8#

        Qxf7+ followed by Re8 – a little too obvious.
