The champion of Corsica Michael Massoni took a draw against Richard Rapport, after a beautiful domination. Cyril Corsican Humeau was very solid against Laurent Fressinet. Nice performance for the young Franck Gertosio by beating Dmitry Svetushkin.
What final. A suspense … Etienne Bacrot wins, with blacks in the first leg, playing with staggering speed, and putting tremendous pressure on Laurent Fressinet.
