      Al Ain Chess Classic 2013

      Al Ain Chess Club, UAE


      The Al Ain Chess Club invites all FIDE rated players to join the Al Ain Chess Classic ‘A’ (for players rated over 2000) & Al Ain Classic ‘B’ (for U2000 players) scheduled for 17-29 December 2013 at the UAE University in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates.

      The tournament will be held concurrently with the World Youth Chess Championships 2013.

      The playing format is 10-round Swiss and the total prize fund is $30,000.

      The top prize in Classic ‘A’ are $6,000 / $4,000 / $2,000 / $1,500 / $1,000 etc. Best woman will receive $1,200, while best Junior will win $800.
