        Is there “3 dimensional chess?” In those Star Trek episodes it was so cool to see chess played in this way!

        Does anyone know? And, if there is such a thing, how do you play it?

        Just think, too, how far computers will advance by the 23rd century! And how the human chess GM’s of that day will be so far above the best humans of today…just as Kasparov is better than Morphy…

        Fascinating to think about.
