      Aronian is the new Blitz King

      Aronian, Moscow, World Blitz Championship


      In spite of losing to Karjakin in round 37, Aronian clinched the World Blitz title after Radjabov lost to Movsesian. In the final round, Aronian lost again, this time to Svidler. Radjabov defeated Gelfand in the final round to clinch 2nd place while Carlsen finished third with a draw against Grischuk.
