If you mean after Aronian won the Queen for Rook+Bishop, I think not. Even if Black could survive the immediate attack, the pawns on a5+b4 are fatally weak. Even if all that is left is White K+Q+ a-pawn on a2 vs. Black R+B+K, many positions of that kind with Black’s King over on the K-side are known to win for White.
