      OPENING OF 2ND MIXED CHESS TOURNAMENT
      “FESTIVAL DE LAS CALAVERAS”

      Participant visit El Encino College in promotion to program AXA.
      Spectacular opening lives in Aguascalientes Museum.

      By the morning, the participants were inviting for authorities of the Encino College. The principal of the school Octavio Barajas Barajas, who shows proud with the presence of the chess players, and noticed that they are a great example of the student’s community, made the welcome. The great Master Antoaneta Stefanova from Bulgary gives a speech to the youth students.

      To this event, assist B.A. Alfredo Morales Shaadi Sports Institute of State Titular and Eng. Florentino Reyes Berlie Secretary of Innovation and Management creators of the program Chess for Aguascalientes.

      Before the ceremony, some students had a simul exhibition, in fact the members of the presidium and chess Masters realize the deliver some recognitions to the participants.

      To finalize the event, students of the college delivered a floral gift to the four beautiful chess female players and each group take part of remember photos.

      With the participation of 40 players started at 16:00 the quick tournament, in the children category, youth and free the first round, does not mark to anybody among the participants of youth category even the main favorites in the free category are Ricardo Lopez and Ernesto Gonzalez while in the children category Jose Guzman is the main contending.

      The actual opening was making in the first patio of Aguascalientes Museum headquarter of this important event. The presidium was conforming by B.A. Alfredo Morales Shaadi Sports Institute of State Titular, Eng. Florentino Reyes Berlie Secretary of Innovation and Management. B.A. Luis Enrique Estrada Luevano Member of the Parliament President of Sports and Recreation to the H LIX Legislatura of Aguascalientes Congress, C. Raul Hernandez Hernandez President of the National Federation of chess in Mexico., A.C. Eng. Fernando Pol Perez Secretary of Tourism of Aguascalientes State. Dr. Victor Manuel Gonzalez Esparza, Principal of Cultural Institute of Aguascalientes. In addition, Lic. Gerardo Hernandez Pastor, Principal of Renault Aguascalientes.

      The person who said the speech of welcome was Dr. Victor Manuel Gonzalez Esparza who said about festivities of the anniversary of the cultural institute of Aguascalientes and said, he was proud to celebrate with these important players of science-sport.

      After that, Eng. Florentino Reyes Berlie said that the second mixed chess tournament skulls festival is to reinforce Aguascalientes for the chess program. Moreover, offers children and youth of our state the opportunity to admire chess players to the first world level closing the activity he wishes to the participants the best look for them for the supremacy of the chess game.

      The declaration opening was in charge to B. A. Alfredo Morales Shaadi who thanks the participation of authorities of visitants and recognizes the effort to this important event.

      At 18:00 the B.A. Alfredo Morales Shaadi, Eng. Florentino Reyes Berlie, B.A. Luis Enrique Estrada Luevano, C. Raul Hernandez Hernandez and B.A. Gerardo Hernandez Pastor, started the games clocks of the 1st round of mixed tournament resilting as follows:
