Black to move. How should Black proceed?
No takers? I was hoping somebody would point out whatever it is I’m not seeing 🙁
Well, I’m really a duffer and can’t see very far into this variation, but I would play
1… Nf3+, expecting 2.Bxf3 exf3,
and then survey how much of a mess I’d gotten myself into.
A little more of my duffer analysis (amplifying my 8:21 PM post) allows me to see as far as
1…Nf3+
2.gxf3 exf3
3.Bd3 Qe6
which I suspect leaves Black pretty happy.
Indeed, the game followed my line above; White continued 4.Ng3 and lost a few moves later.
