What does it mean USCF sanctioned? Does the USCF have (or are they thinking of making) a Blitz rating system? Or is this ratable as a Quick Chess event? Or is it not rated at all?

I think the organizer means USCF rated.

Yeah, but what kind of rating? Is it Quick Rated?

The Bughouse stuff says non-rated (no surprise there).
