      It is a pity that the QR Code on the front cover of the March issue of French chess magazine Europe Echecs does not scan (image below), however the QR Codes inside make up for it.

      Good amateur chess players improve their game by studying the games of Grandmasters played in major tournaments. Now they can do this easily on their smartphones by scanning the QR Code in the magazine which will display the game position in a PGN viewer (image below) as they play through the moves.
