        Hi Susan or anyone out there who can answer this.

        How many USCF-rated games does an unrated player new in the U.S. have to play to get a USCF rating, even if it is provisional?

        To Anon.: It takes 4 rated games to get a provisional rating and takes about 20+ games to get regular rating. Good luck! another USCF Lifer
