Mikhalevsky is in the back row on the left. Is that Perelshteyn in the middle of the back row?

        Was it not Gaprindashvili?

Gaprindashvili didn’t earn her title. She was awarded her title ratroactively. She never had 3 norms and she was never over 2500.

Susan Polgar was the first, Judit was the second, Cramling was the third who earned the GM title. Gaprindashvili was the first and Chiburdanidze was the second to be awarded the GM title by FIDE.
