      Les Echecs sous la Tour Eiffel!

      Le 5 octobre à Paris, aura lieu la journée « VIVRE LE SPORT », qui réunira les meilleurs athlètes européens de 18 sports, dont les Échecs !

      Cette journée sera ouverte par une allocution du Président de l’Union Européenne, Nicolas Sarkozy.Dans le cadre de l’Espace Échecs de 75m² qui sera monté pour l’occasion, Europe-Echecs, en partenariat avec la FFE, organisera le 3e « Circuit des Espoirs », qui sera Européen ET Féminin.Il se déroulera sous la Tour Eiffel, sur le prestigieux Champ de Mars, de 14h à 18h, et consistera en trois matchs aller-retour de parties rapides (10 minutes + 2 secondes par coup). En cas d’égalité pour la première place, les joueuses se départageront en blitz de 3 minutes + 2 secondes par coup.

      Sophie Milliet et Pauline Guichard seront les représentantes tricolores, tandis que Anna Rudolf (Hongrie) et Dana Reizniece (Lettonie) complèteront le tableau de ce grand show échiquéen et médiatique.

      Rendez-vous à toutes et à tous au Champ de Mars le 5 Octobre 2008…

      Chess under the Eiffel Tower!

      The Oct. 5 in Paris, will take place the day “LIVING THE SPORT, which will bring together the best European athletes of 18 sports, including chess!

      This day will be opened by an address by the President of the European Union, Nicolas Sarkozy. As part of the European Chess 75m ² which will be mounted for the occasion, Europe-Chess, in partnership with the FFE, will organize the 3rd Circuit Talent, “which will be European and female. It will take place under the Eiffel Tower, on the prestigious Champs de Mars, 14h-18h, and will consist of three games return parts fast (10 minutes + 2 seconds per move). In case of a tie for first place, the players are separated into blitz of 3 minutes + 2 seconds per move.

      Sophie Milliet and Pauline Guichard representatives will be light, while Anna Rudolf (Hungary) and Dana Reizniece (Latvia) complete the picture of this great show and chess media.

      Appointments to everyone at the Champ de Mars on October 5 2008 …
